Is it time for an Alfa F1 forum here?

Alfa is back in F1 and partnered with Sauber. The young driver Charles Leclerc is proving to be quite good. Now one of Ferrari's F1 team designers is moving to the Alfa Squad. All of this has rescued Sauber from their back of the grid in 2017, and moved them to mid field in 2018. The entire package is new and still under development, yet they are already showing good form and promise. Some of this season's most exciting F1 racing is in the middle of the pack, between Renault, Haas, Force India, Torro Rosso and now Alfa Romeo Sauber. Williams seems to be where Sauber was last year. McLaren also seems to be up one week and down the next. The two surprises are Torro Rosso Honda, and Alfa Sauber. Would love to hear from other Alfa enthusiasts on this.

There is a active F1 thread in the Motorsports section here on the BB, and while I understand that you are proposing a separate forum dedicated to the Alfa Romeo team, it is my sense that there isn't enough content to support both. The existing BB F1 thread has been around for a long time and has included discussions of the Alfa/Sauber team.
