Info request for 66 Spider/Dunlop Brakes/Servo?

Did this model ever come fitted with a servo? My manifold has the vac fitting
but no hose, etc or a servo. There was a strange bracket on the left inner fender at the washer bag location. If it would be a mount for a servo, the unit would face on the front/back axis of the car. Car currently has a Bonaldi 22mm master cylinder.
Just very curious.
Thanks, Tony

I have a Dunlop-equiped '67. It has no brake boost / servo, just the reservoir bottle at the firewall. I don't know if AR put tabs on the body in anticipation of adding them later? Or were the 66-67 Ate systems boosted?

My 67 Dunlop’d GTV certainly has a booster, also with Bonaldi M/cyl, as did my 65 before that.
I can’t imagine Alfa would install the vacuum valve for a non-boosted car. Why spend the $$?
The other giveaway is your 22mm M/cyl. Non- boosted cars had 20mm cylinders to lessen brake effort.
In other words, I reckon your car came with a booster, but it’s been removed, most likely due to failure. Your brake lines would likely show a ‘bridge’ fitting of some kind in this case, near where the booster was. Any evidence of that?
Lastly, without the hose, I trust the valve has been disabled or blocked off? Otherwise it’ll be drawing fresh air.
