Source for nuts with metal spring clips

Can anyone provide a source for the square nuts that sit in the little metal spring clips?

So they're called cage nuts, that makes sense.
I'm looking for the ones that are used in the doors to mount the armrests in an '81 Spider. Anyone know the size?
Thanks

I believe Ace Hardware carries them. If you have a Jax store nearby, they too have an incredible fastener department.
