Bitchin Boot cover for the S3 spider

Hey Gang,
I saw a photo of a hard boot cover online and was wondering if something like it is available or if it was fabricated. It was not what I have seen for sale everywhere but was perhaps metal or fiberglass and looked to be as such all the way around and then covered in vinyl. Very much like the clamshell unit on my 330ci. I have a shop where I think I might be able to fabricate something but if it's available....... Any advice?
Thanks in advance,
Gary

The hard boot cover was only available on the Quadrifogio model for the S3 cars.

I ordered an S4 top boot and the rigid side panels from Classic Alfa and installed them on my S3. Pretty easy process.

It's not fully rigid, but looks pretty good nonetheless.

Sloboy...I have been looking for that cover...thought they were no available anwhere.
Looks like shipping to USA is reasonable.

Were the "rigid side panels" all the extra pieces that you needed?

If you buy the "fixing panels kit" from Classic Alfa, it has everything except the boot and the hooks that mount on the chrome hard-top supports.

The little hooks are available here:

Centerline is out of stock. Mine needs replacing and have been on a waiting list since early last year. Every time I call they say "4 more weeks" but they never seem to come in. I really like Centerline but enough is enough.... ordered on from Mr. Fiat. Should be here by Friday!

Please report how you like the one from Mr. Fiat. Been considering that...

I think the OP was referring to a proper 'rigid' cover
@ spidergary: perhaps you could post the photo of the one online you saw that reminded you of the BMW

a german company, Engstler Tuning, did something like that....but only ever seen one in UK (this one!)
so you got the rigid cover, azev wheels, color coded seats in leather and color coded steering wheel....there was no engine tuning

Thanks everyone, great replies. I'll see if I can find the image again. I might buy the side panels and fabricate a center section and then upolster.
