Stumbled across this. Is this a fair price for the example? New market trend especially for Quads of this vintage? If so I better up my insurance, lol. Mine cosmetically looks as good with 43K less miles.
That's the highest price I've seen this late summer. One in NV area is offered for $24K. The asking prices definitely jumped from spring to end of summer from when I started monitoring the market (nationwide) to when I got my money to buy my Alfa. I know askin' ain't gettin', but it's kind of odd to offer $9K for something listed in high teens or more.
From my observation Spider prices jumped a couple thou in that time period and some asking prices were downright ridiculous. I religiously monitored Ebay and CL (nationwide- I got really good at jumping around the country on CL) at least a couple of times a week. I kept a whiteboard of prices and places with Alfas/Models I was interested in as I didn't know when I would be able to purchase.
