If the roads are fine with no salt, you should still drive your car.

It's better to do that than let it sit for a few months in the winter.

Just my thoughts.

Thanks

I agree I drive my spider year round. I do live in California.

Refurbed a couple spica bell ranks— two spring and single (single spring wire diameter much larger than the two sting one)

These are the same wheels that Cenerline sells. They offer the bright silver, and the gunmetal colors. Joe said that he’ll order me a set in the hyper black if I want them. Centerline includes the lug nuts, metal valve stems, as well as center caps in their price.

Merry Christmas to me! My wife, son, and daughter all chipped in for the wheels as a Christmas present! I ordered them yesterday on eBay. And ordered new lug nuts for them from Centerline.

I have a set of 1970's Panasports, with the natural cast grey spokes and a brushed aluminum rim. These seem so natural on my Duetto. I've also seen several GT's with them - look in the thread "pics of 105 GT's only" - the GT also looks very natural with them.

The new generation of Panasports come in a variety of finishes.

One issue you need to think about - what size. Mine are 6 by 15's, but the choices in 15 inch tires is shrinking. Seems you get a better variety in the 14's. Just the opposite of the choices I had when I bought these.

Chasing the fuel smell in the trunk of my S4. Checked the fuel vapor recovery system check valves, which seem to be working correctly. Replaced the fuel fill hose which looked intact but was very hardened. While I was at it replaced the fuel fill boot. AND maybe found the source of the odor when I replaced the fuel tank sending unit gasket. It was very crusty under the gasket on the sending unit flange. Cleaned it all up, new in tank fuel filter sock, new gasket and reassembled. All hoses are in very good shape and clamped tightly. Hope that does it! Letting it air out thoroughly then I’ll close the trunk up and check it in a day or so.

Sweet! I was asking about these the other day on the Spider board. Which one is that? The 3500 or 5000?
