Question Bosch blue coil

Hello fellow Alfisti,
I need some advise on installing Bosch blue coil on my 78 Spider.
Currently I have the coil with ballast resistor. There are two green wires which one goes on the ballast resistor and the other one on + terminal on the coil. Since Bosch coil has built in resistor, where does the green wire from ballast resistor goes on the Bosch coil?

Appreciate your help.

It doesn't. Since the ballast resistor is not needed, just remove the short wire from the ballast to coil + and leave the other ballast wire right where it is.

Jim, Thanks for the quick response. I did not understand what you mean by leave the other ballast wire right where it is.
Assuming not to connect the green wire connected to ballast, I hook up the Bosch coil with green wire from ignition to + and I can only crank but won't start.
According to your diagram, the green wire connected to ballast goes to fuse #6 and the other green wire goes to ignition.

Apologies for the minor brain fade. According to the wiring diagram located here, the green/black stripe wire for your setup should get connected to coil +. The green wire will not be used.
If your wire colors are different than the diagram, attach a voltmeter to coil + and ground and turn the ignition on. See if there's battery voltage. If so, crank the engine and see if there's battery voltage. If so, check for spark.
If no battery voltage at coil +, check to see if there's voltage at the other 'green' wire when the ignition is on AND when the engine is cranking. If so, connect this wire to coil + instead of the other wire. If the engine does not start, check for spark.
