The switch controlling the blower has 3 positions :
- OFF (left)
- Fan operating at low speed (middle)
- Fan operating at high speed (right)
When the blower fan is operating either at the first or second speed, light on the cluster lights up (low intensity at first speed and high intensity at high speed).
Mine only lights up in the middle position too, nothing in the "high" position. The fan also does not blow in any position, obviously that is a problem too.

The light is hard to see during the day... flip the switch at night and you should see the low intensity light.
Donny: I'm not sure about S2s, but when an S3 blower stops working, often it just takes reaching your hand in the vent in the passenger-side floorboard and spinning the fan a few times. Classic Italian repair technique.
