Thumbs up Great Service

Caveat: I am in no way affiliated with the service facility listed below.

Rationale: But, on the other hand, people are always asking where to get their Alfa serviced.

Experience: In Atlanta, I went to AutoDelta this week to have some service performed on my Spider. The propriator and chief mechanic is Bob Hines. I can only say that the service was exceptional. I and my car were treated in an outstanding manner. I can highly recommend this place.

I can second that. "Alfa Bob" occupied the primary spot in my cellphone while I lived there (up until last May), and saved my behind a few times (electrical, clutch, brake master), always remembered my name. Given the distance I put on over the three years there (see sig.), he kept me off the side of the road and out of the loan office.

I'm also not affiliated with the shop, just a fan.

That's great information from fellow Atlanta alfisti. I've heard good things about Auto Delta, but, knock on wood, haven't had any issues I could deal with myself. Right now I'm looking out the window and thinking that it's time to knock off early and go drive my baby!

Autodelta was my shop of choice from 88 through 92 when I lived in Atlanta. It used to be owned by a guy named Albert who was a consummate Alfisti and tragically was hit by a drunk driver while he was cycling and now is terribly crippled. Bob worked for Albert back then and I recall how Bob would identify what was wrong with my 75 Spider by just listening to it.
