2000 pinion Half-Rings

Hi Juultje,

I am looking to buy the set of Half-Rings that are used to remove the rear pinion bearing from the pinion Special Tool A.3.0396 . I have the cylinder the half rings fit in and I have the half-rings for the 1600 - 1750. I need the rings for the 2000 pinion. This would almost complete my set of Differential Tools - which someday I may sell as a set.

Thanks in advance !

Bud

Removing rear suspension springs

I am installing new suspension springs in my 1979 Spider Veloce. My shop manual calls for installing tool A.2.0143 (tool bulletin 114) on the trailing arm to control releasing spring tension. Can't seem to find one of thes on the internet. Is there an alternate safe method to do this.

Alfa Romeo Montreal - Head Nut Tool

I would like to add to this thread. I have the Montreal Head Nut Tool for sale. I needed one for myself, so decided to make a few extra for other Montreal owners. It is really hard to find and the Montreal Cylinder Heads need to be re-torqued periodically. Anyway, if you are interested, please PM me or send me an e-mail to: [email protected]
Here are some pictures of the Tool and in use.

Really only required by Alfa Montreal owners. Cannot re-torque, dis-mantle or assemble the Cylinder Heads without one of these Head Nut Tools. Hand fabricated, every one of them!
