This car isn't even close to being fully restored. My customer and I were asked to leave after inspecting the car for 30-45 minutes, and in that time I found that all of the mechanicals are suspect....

You are right. I charge 90 per hour, a 4 point bar would probably take at least 4 hours. If I were to install a used bar, it would probably take 2 or 3 hours.

The hoop is easy, and would be custom fit.
Tubing (mild steel) runs about $3.00 a foot for 1.75" .125 wall, less for thinner gauge....
