Doesn't look like a 71 1750 because AFAIK that should have a central console and twin servo brakes (mine does). Looks like a Junior interior with a 1750 grille maybe with a replacement engine.

Quickest and easiest option is spray some silicone lubricant in there. My dashboard had an annoying squeak where it butted up to the left hand side of the car, a bit of silicone spray cured that.
