Forgot to add that it's got a brand new brake master cylinder, proportioning valve, and a rebuilt brake booster. Whole system flushed with DOT 4 synthetic fluid too.

The other issue could very well be any and all cloth-braided fuel line/vent hoses. They will let vapors through and look fine as well. As a matter of course, replace them with Gates Barricade hoses....
