I think the polyethylene shim will perform better the the urethane bushing...

I just received the headlight actuators diaphragms from Alfa Montreal Service in Germany and they look great.

The parts arrived in California in about a week from ordering via Federal Express...

Just a fyi, Metric countersink screws are a 90 degree countersink and SAE, UNC and UNF screws are a 82 degree countersink.

The top calipers are BMW 733i for a front brake upgrade, the middle is the stock Montreal front with the lower being the Montreal rear calipers.

I didnít need too, this car spent most of itís life in California and the pistons all looked great! I polished all the pistons with 2000 grit sandpaper and then metal polish compound

I used a Mercedes Benz rocker color from a 1985 560SL Galinit Gray from PPG 34297.

We are masking the machine surfaces and holes. Iím using 60% Semi gloss black for the Majority of the parts with the Air cleaner and headlight air tank at 80% semi gloss

I have never seen this before, Does the SPICA pump spin freely off the car? make sure the pump did not seize up, maybe check the SPICA pump oil filter for any debris.
