just thought- our calipers dont have any "sliding bolts" like Ive seen on other cars. These sliding caluipers are what allow the pads to retract away from the disc (right?).

Manual says to back out the castle nut 90 degrees or a quarter turn, to first notch. This is after torquing to spec. Agree, people?

Put on new rotor, slid hub on spindle and tightened castle nut per spec. Then backed it out a tad to first castle notch for cotter

I have double nutted those studs sticking out of the engine block- no need to pull crank pulley. careful when double nutting though- dont tighten way too much. good luck.
