My Garage

If you look real close you can see the motor in the background, rebuilt and waiting to be installed.

Hi,
last weekend I was finally able to finish the sweet home of my little Giulia.
She´s a ´74 1300 and worth to be stored well.
The alfa logo was from a friend, when he give up his dealership 20 jears ago.
Now the winter can begin, and I guess it´s comming soon here in Germany.

I know I'm going off topic, but.....: do you know her phone number?
Perhaps she still remember some italian words.

That's my garage, in it's usual state of disarray..mid project always a mess. The 2 door corolla is in there now, with its almost finished IRS upgrade from the leafsprung liveaxle. Project has since been abandoned in favour of the Alfa as a track/fun car.

I was building it as a weekend racer. Toyota Celica ta63 IRS with pushrod and rocker setup to the boot mounted coilovers, Nissan 300zx VG30E 3 litre v6 (cams, ITBs, megasquirt efi), 5 speed from same car, Mazda FC rx7 front struts...

got most of the parts sitting around, but I've simply lost interest in building yet another corolla. I've decided a while ago to do something worthwhile, and the Alfa I've got now came down to the price I wanted to pay...

Since my garage is full of model airplanes (12 and counting, plus several
more in the house) I built a covered parking place in the backyard for my
Alfetta. I made a gate in the fence, then tilled a 10' x 20' foot area and
smoothed it out. I then added 225 paving blocks and a canopy. Presto, race car parking spot. Added bonus: less gardening. I'm not into that.

Favorite room . . .

. . . in the house. I got my sofa, my car what else do I need? Family room furniture has joined the exercise equipment on the left side. - George
