Picked up this Space machine; 1985 Alfa 90 Gold Leaf 2.5 Busso engined original.
In real terms a Alfa Alfetta GTV6 4 door.
Same floor and Suspension equipment; De Dion rear end, Gearbox, Brakes Torsion bar front end etc.
Even the brief case has all documentation in it. Was last Serviced by our local Alfa Dealer and this has paid off.
No corrosion inside the engine and inside the motor it is spotless clean 185000 KMs.
It sat waiting in a shed for 10+ years to be picked up by me and now it will be with me for as long as I live.
We have already started the bringing it back to be used by going through the car and putting it all right.
All the electrics seam to work and the ones that are not will be fixed.

J.P.

I love the Alfa Romeo script on the left-side grille.

If I ever get to France, can I come by for a ride?

Great photos, I love your 90, it looks a beauty...

Never seen one on 164 alloys before, but I reckon they really suit it...

New addition: 1981 GTV6

We bought this pristine 1981 GTV6 from its original owner in Annapolis and drove it back home to Miami last week end, taking our time to enjoy the drive down the Appalachian. 1500 miles of pure driving pleasure.

Car has 90k miles, always garaged and has always been upgraded and maintained. We have the whole 36 years of paperwork incl window sticker, invoice and numerous correspondence between the owner and Alfa Romeo about various issues.

I have driven and owned many cars over the years and i have to say this is probably one of the best overall. Driving is not about pure performance or comfort, it s about the whole package... the sound, the feelings, the feedback. The GTV6 is truly a drivers car.

I am going to wait till the restoration of my 72 Jaguar Etype V12 is done in a couple of months to say which is more fun. For now, i ll call it too close to call. It says something about the gtv6, doesn't it?

Only 1 item to be done and for that I need the wiring schematics of the window washer and the stalk you push to activate this.
Have a wiring loom of sorts that has the connector on top of the pump motor and that works when touched on the battery but there are 2 white and blue bits of wire and a black neutral that have to be connected to the inside stalk.
Í cannot find any loose wires in my engine compartment that could be the correct ones.
So if you have the details, Please! and thank you for your help.
Sorted all other items and this is the last one to be able to get it licenced for the road here in West Australia, just in time for summer cruising!
