Mainland Europe goes on holiday "en masse" for the last three weeks of August, so nothing will have been processed until at least the first week of September. File away and remember for next time

Good tip, Neil. In this case, though, Kraig would have ordered it some time in early September, as I didn't send him the link to Wil's site until the first of September.

But speaking of getting Fulvias back together, when's the next update on your resto? (For those reading this thread who don't know, Neil is doing a fantastic total restoration of his Fulvia Fanalone 'lusso'; the blog link is in his signature.)

Sweet looking car, Neil. How did you get so much info as far as build date and first registration? I don't even know what year my car is!

I got the original documents with the car. I could not get anything from the various Italian organisations that say they can help - so I gave up with that route.

Ed,
I have put some more photo's up, but it is only door bits and a few of my brothers shell. Passenger door is almost finished - but until I can sort the minor instrument face out I'm a bit stuck with the interior. May be start on the brake and fuel pipes, but I need to raise the car, and we are having a new roof put on the house and and and ............... ! So slow progress at the moment.

Neil,
All progress is good--fast or slow. In any case, you're at the stage where it takes a lot of work to achieve any visible results--hours of work on door innards that no one will ever see (they do look great in the photos though, and they should really work well now).

And I certainly understand distractions. Keep up the good work.

Cheers, Ed
