It's not possible to tell the colour from the chassis plate. Usually there is a sticker on the inside of the glovebox lid with the colour code on, but most have long since gone. A good way is to remove on of the door pillar shut plates and you should find that the paint behind it is original and you can then get a match.

It's definitely a 1967 Lancia Fulvia Sport (Zagato), all-alloy body, LHD, #89 of 710 alloy-bodied Sports with the 1.3 engine.

But Neil's right; the chassis number gives no clue as to the paint color. No production records are available from Lancia, but it's remotely possible that Zagato will still have records somewhere.

Neil's also right, though, that if the glovebox sticker is missing, you can typically find original paint beneath the door plates, or behind the dash (usually pretty reliable). Owners have rarely considered these valuable enough to justify a bare-metal respray. So there's usually original paint hiding somewhere.
