Its a Marcos - a Mini Marcos to be exact. Nice little car - even participated at Le Mans. British car maker Marcos made it in the 60's. More known perhaps, is the Marcos Mantula:

Marcos has been bankrupt and later revived a number of times. They are enjoying some succes at the moment, and are reviving their succes at Le Mans:

Here's another (easier?) one...

Cudos to the first one who can identify this Italian beauty from the late forties.

Bravo Anthony!

There is one on permanent display in the MOMA (Museum of Modern Art) in NY.

One of the most beautiful cars ever made, IMHO.

okay - sorry for getting the thread off-topic, but heres my input to the new subject: "most beautiful non-alfa ever made":

VW Karmann Ghia coupe. Near-perfect proportions. Beautiful lines. And affordable too. (dont mention the engine, though )

When I was growing up there was a guy in my town who had a Ghia with full Porsche drivetrain and a very super engine but other than wheels, tires and exhaust a very stock exterior. It was the ultimate sleeper. A very cool car.
