Survey: Parking Sensor

Not sure if this is the right forum:

I just wanted to get your thoughts or any recommendations on "Parking Sensor Kits".

I see a lot of options in eBay, but wanted to get any feedback on terms on product quality, installations, and wiring complexity. I'm more inclined into getting a wireless kit, but not sure how it will be powered, and camera availability if possible.

Looking forward to your feedback.

Thank you.

I worry more about how others park their cars (SUV's). They seem to use the braille method...

For parking my 164s anyway, I have adjusted the rhs outside mirror so that while I can still see past that side of the car covering the right side lane, the mirror is tilted just enough to barely see the curb near the right rear tire and the rf corner of the car behind me. Works well.

However, yes, some just use the method of backing up til something hits (about the same way they pull into a parking slot until something hits in the front, lol). It's a worry.

We installed Fensens into our 2009 Alfa Romeo. It's easy to install, you just need to screw the sensor into your back license plates and it connects to your phone. Works for us because we have a very narrow parking space. You can find them here: fensens.com/products/fensens-smart-wireless-parking-sensor

Alfas are not big cars. They are pretty easy to park, regardless. I don't think help is really needed, even without my mirror setting. My father's Buick Roadmaster and Oldsmobile 442 on the other hand were indeed more difficult. Akin to aircraft carriers they were.
