Enough with the neon lights!

How can I search eBay for Alfa parts without getting page after page of neon lights and other crap ads? I can't find a way to filter with the NOT word like "Alfa Romeo Milano NOT neon".

eBay

Click on the advanced search title.....a bit further down you can enter words you do not want searched, like Neon, watch, etc....

It's called "Exclude these words" and is near the top of the Advanced Search page.

Thanks! I still don't know how to get to the page you linked me to, when I click on "Advanced Search" I get a different page, but I used your link and it worked, and I saved it as a favorite. Looks like the answer is in the "-" command.

You can either use a "-" before any word you want to exclude, or easier if you have a lot of them is to put all the words you want to exclude in parentheses separated by commas, with a "-" before the opening parenthesis. Example: alfa romeo -(crystal,neon,shirt,dvd).

Yes, it's a nice trick- I can scan the real Alfa parts for sale now in half the time. Thanks for the help all!
