You are is contacted as you're not your. In other words, one might say, you're wrong about your right and your wrong is your right but not your in the right when you're wrong. Your understanding of the language might explain your mis-reading of the constitution and democracy. The constitution didn't give us (all of us) rights; it enumerated some of the rights, agreed upon, in a living document (framework). As to the second admendment, it clearly (to me) references and is linked to the miltia. Your last statement, not much for discussion, eh? Why should anyone do what you want? What does england offer me? Can you make it worth my while? I wouldn't be so presumptious as to tell you where to go, the pigeon does know!
Oh yes, you are the master of diction and spelling.
I have not seen that "Living Document" tripe in decades, not since I escaped the Kali. public school indoctrination centers.
Once I got out into the real world where I had the freedom to do my own research I quickly learned what a sham the "Progressive Education" system is.
Our constitution is NOT a "Living Document", it is the baseline all lesser laws are measured against.
Those found unconstitutional have no authority, they are null and void for any purpose.
The second amendment does NOT confer any right, like the other constitutional amendments it CONFIRMS the preexisting right.
Even if the socialist expunged it in the morning the right to arms and self defense would still exist.
I can hope you eventually recognize these basic truths, but unlike those so intent on depriving us of our innate rights I will not force you to accept them.
