states if ACC is active and "traction control detects a specific wheel slip, it is possible for a positive torque request to be locked by the brake system module which may result in unexpected acceleration. If the driver does not ... apply firm, sustained brake-pedal .. to deactivate the ACC ... can cause... crash".
So while a concern, doesn't seem an overly big issue - press the brake pedal! At least FCA sends these notices out... something Boeing should perhaps take a lesson from.
