alfa2go I've been taking the Super out for a spin the last couple of days and realised how much I missed it since its been sleeping away from my house for a couple of months. I put a new lightweight high torque starter in due to mine dying and gee does it crank beautifully and starts so much quicker! I'm not left wondering everytime if it will start again after stop somewhere! Weather is beautiful for driving here at the moment so I think I will keep it at home for the next few weeks...

Rosso 2300S A very period shot Derek, Super is quite complimentary to the building.
[did they use those downpipes then?]

alfa2go Went on a photo shoot with a friend last week who needed a suitable car to complement his design. I think the Super works very well! Looks like the cover of a 60’s Home magazine! Photo by Christopher Frederick Jones and architecture by Paul Butterworth

Yes ,,a great read and a great Restoration njud

Njud Nick Judd,,I hope you are enjoying the NOS front indicator assy for a Giulia Super you bid on e-bay and received and Did NOT Pay for.

Sent letters to your home address with no reply.
Sent messages via e-bay with No reply.

Name and shame a fellow BB member that does Not Pay for an item received and Not Paid for.

It was cheap at $168 aus.
I would have rather GIVEN it away than go through what you have done.

njud,,i hope you sleep well.

Great thread Derek..Keep posting,,we all enjoy it.
Sorry about above,,but these scammers show up eventually.

Maybe Nick Judd njud will finally pay for the item.

BTW the fender cover came from Portland, Oregon and a BB member helped me get it. This manometer was a great recent find as well.

Tools are from all over the world! UK, US, Italy, France, Germany... Its a slow game to collect them individually... Been lucky with a few of them.

I have a mate in the Datsun sports owners club and I get invites on runs often I'd Love it if you could make it in the super.
P.S. Notice the Alfa is in the lead
John, I will be keen at some point. Life is just so busy that I rarely get the Super out and I have a few niggly engine issues I need to sort before I can commit to decent runs. I told the wife on Sunday I was going down to get fuel and I sorta kept on driving into the mountains. I think that road is Mt Nebo Rd. The one that runs along the range from the Gap to Mt Glorious.

On a side note my factory tool collection is slowly growing. Finally completed my valve clearance set. So nice.
