Alameda 2019

Early morning line up I Alameda yesterday. Always a great turnout...Just a few of the probably 20 105/115s on the field.. good to see the cars and their owners...

Well that explains it... I thought being down under, driving on the “wrong” side or summers in December might have something to do with it!

All kidding aside, too bad the body shop fitted them wrong. It’s trouble pulling them off, but I know it would bother me every time I looked at them. If the shop is accountable, I’d have them re-fit the badges correctly.

ibeatgodzilla Aubergine!

Not original paint, but original colour. I wasn't keen on it initially ("it's not red?") but it's very much grown on me.

(Sorry can't find one pre-stickers - recently changed computer and haven't transferred all my files over yet)

Backto105 Ken... I know too well!! The body shop guys fitted them (after I told them specifically which way they should be facing!).

Could be more trouble than its worth trying to pry them off without damaging paint or interior!! One day will be fixed!

bellagt Backto105: Very nice! But that C-Pillar serpent should be facing forward (on the attack), not backwards (running from a fight)...

mark248am So many beautiful and unique colored cars here but here is mine. It's a 1970 model and just got it a few days ago. Found it in Netherlands back in April and had it shipped to Kuwait. Don't have plates on it yet but once I do will take the car out and take a lot more shots.

UPDATED PICS - 1974 2000gtv Dutch Blue

Bumpers refitted, all new rear bushes, new donut, new center bearing support, gearbox mount, engine mounts. Also all new interior including new sun-visors!
