New Garage in Melbourne, Australia

We finally completed our new garage for my 1973 S2 Spider after such a long wait. So many problems with local Council approval system, 3 x neighbours objections, slow builders etc.
Now I can finally play with my baby again in the dry and not having tools spread out in the main house attic. We also built a self contained studio above the garage so I have somewhere to sleep when I have a fight with my wife!

Agreed. Plan is pending, extra circuit in place, as well as perimeter outlets all around. And insulation! I get a half year for projects.
