BAB this law ended in 2007, which means 87 is the last year for cars not needing an emissions test.

GTV6noob As far as I know, if a vehicle is over 20 years old no E-test is required.

Ontario Emission.... how to "pass"

Hey all,
I just bought an 88 milano with a 24v 3.0 and am going through the whole safety and emissions dance. the car has no rust, and is passing the saftey after i buy brakes, but is lacking a bit in the catalytic department...
i would much rather keep it this way!

can it be done?
