breda65 I had the same problem on my 91 spider. I changed the blinker to no evail. But when I unpluged all the wiring in an (interior rebuild), then plugged everything back together The blinkers worked. From what I have read on this board Alfas are natorious for bad electrical connectors. Try unpluging all the wires at the stearing colume cleaning the connectors, and pluging them back togeather.

Good Luck

but the right turn works, and the hazard lights work on both sides. They seem to use the same blinker unit in the fusebox. Why would the blinker quit only for left turns? Could it be the switch? We pulled some things loose and reconnected them when we did the heater box, but the turn signal switch was not something we pulled. Any suggestions or prior knowledge here? Later tonight I'll try directly hooking into the wiring to test the switch, but I'm looking for hints to save time in this fix.

Thanks. Michael
