Braking is a total fail at the moment what does that mean? how is it a fail?

It was a fail because I had original standard rear alfa romeo 75/milano calipers. They weren't doing their job even if they were properly "adjusted".
Nowadays I've installed alfa romeo spider rear calipers and wow, I see huge difference now. I've also swapped my original brake master cylinder for an alfa romeo 164's one. It's a direct swap, I may suggest it for valid upgrade (alfa romeo 164 brake master cylinder doesn't cost that much).

Next step will be vented fron discs and 4 piston calipers

How do you change gear with the hydraulic handbrake lever so very close??

It's not so close, maybe the photo prospective is not that good.

I have to be carefull when putting R gear ahahah. The rest of the system is working good; maybe I will move the hydraulic handbrak 1 centimeter to the back, just to don't get in contact while switching to the 5th gear.
