Well guys, it's been a while. Slowly but surely she might get driven before the season ends.

Went on vacation a couple weeks ago and can't get back in the rythmn to finish up, MAINLY because I've having such a terrible time getting my clutch to work again... see the thread I posted recently in the Milano section

ANYWAYS, on to the fun stuff ...
Some people follow me on social media and got a sneak peak a couple weeks ago.. Here's that sneak peak for the BB
Don't mind the pallets and terrible practice of jacking up a car. Ive been in the process of moving to my house and getting my car to my house to be able to work on it so I have to live with working in the grass for the time being...

I love those wheels, but I think they're a bit on the heavy side, like 22 lbs? Not super heavy, but I prefer to stick below 19 lbs for 17x8 wheels.

Right, they are kind of heavy I will admit. For a stock Milano I wouldn't recommend them but the entire car has been stripped of many pounds (my guess is 200+lbs) so having heavy wheels shouldn't cut into much weight issue.

Ah but unsprung weight is more evil than other weight In any case, it's not like there is a huge selection of wheels to choose from for the Milano.

I'm getting some pretty strong arms by lifting the wheels on and off by now though, so that's a plus. Haha

Worked on some interior bits recently. This build is starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Got my clutch problem figured out finally.
The car needs 2 front tires and an alignment and she'll be ready to test drive.

Anyways, I saw these pull strap ideas out here on the internet so I figured I'd make some of my own. Just a racecar so no need to go crazy on buying legit materials. Just some fake leather lol
Tried to post a video of the doors in action but it won't let me. Anyone who wants to see more frequent updates, check out my instagram page : @alfasam88

Here I made a block off panel for those rear seats.

Were they taken with your phone? If so, it is due to the problem this site has with posting phone pics upside down. I have discussed it with them several times and they don't seem to be willing to put in the effort to do something about it. They blame the phones. I think the site software guys should be able to work out a fix. I don't recall this being a problem in the past.

I love those wheels. Are they the ESMs on eBay? Smallest size I've seen is 16x8, but if they made them in a 15x7 or 16x7, I'd be all over them!

Well not a lot of in between updates, but heres some links to watch my first test drives.
I'll bring updates soon. I just wanted to get a quick drive in before it got too cold today.

May be a low fuel issue in the first video, it broke up when trying to accelerate.

2nd and 3rd seemed to be fine but I can't go too fast through my little neighborhood

Enjoy!
