    Hello Dan,

I never even notice this portion of the BB, so apologies for not seeing your message sooner.

I know of no source for OE valve springs. However, any good automotive machine shop can fix you up from the very wide range of generic springs. If you don't have one locally, you might try "Top End Performance" in southern California. They live and breath weird cars with nifty solutions. I think they fellow I've worked with was named "Steve".

If I understand you wish to send me a paper(?) tracing of an existing windshield to have me compare it to the one I have crated? Is that correct? Just curious, do you need to replace yours or are you looking for a spare? Is it on a sedan? Of course, I'd be glad to make the comparison and can photograph the result.

Some thing of interest...My veloce is 107197, Gordon's Veloce has a later serial number than my car, 107263 (66 cars)...but our Alfa build dates are different. His is May 12, and mine is May 31st. If you want to make this more interesting my chassis is 390685 and his is 390778 (93 cars)

Conjecture...is it possible that Alfa stamped the chassis numbers when the car was first put on the line to be built? (in other words came from PF with out a chassis number)

I would love to know your PF number in the trunk of your Alfa's including the one you just sold.
