    Norseman 50:
The connectors in the first pic are the ones I had but can't find. I was born in 1951 but I'm having trouble keeping track of things that are apart for a while - like three ALFAs. Memory goes when you take on all the extra work of retirement i believe.

I think I have extra white plastic connector blocks to rebuild these. What would be the cost to acquire your extra?

    Hi Norseman
Back in 2015 you posted regarding a rear window replaacement
"""""""I might tackle this rear window replacement project (as a temporary solution), because it is certainly less costly than the "new Robbins top" route, but I will definitely investigate other adhesive options, and experiment a bit (before I dive in and use the GOOP Marine product), since I want the glue to be as flexible as the components when dry.""""

Can you post a follow-up and PM me if you do?

    Thanks
    Ciao

    Hey,
I bought all the parts from gav including the broken combo switch and the fender cover. If you are still interested, would you be interested in paying $60 + shipping for both?

    Mike,
Nice to hear from you. I'm new to Alfas. Bought an 84 one year ago. Struggled with state inspection for a few months. Then drove it a few thousand miles. I am changing hoses now.

My real name is not Bill, alias is just a habit. I grew up in Virginia. Repaired the Pershing missile 1970-1973. When I got out of the Army my skills were 100% obsolete. White collar since then. I'll stay in touch.

Feel free to give me a call next time you're in the Great state of Georgia, we actually have more in common than Alfas. I worked at Caterpillar Fuel Systems plant in Pontiac, Il for 5 years then moved to the Cat plant in Jefferson, GA, was there for 5 years before they closed about 5 years ago. If you stay in downtown you will be about 10-15 minutes from where I live north of the city off HWY 441.
