Question Paint code for factory wheels

The restoration of the 1969 1750 Round-tail (USA) has had a steep learning curve over the last 2 years and I'm now bolting on major pieces after the bare-metal restoration (It's finally off the rotisserie and intensely RED!!!). The only paintwork left is the factory steel wheels. I don't find a color code for the factory silver color in my casting about. Can't even figure out if the same color has been used all through the '50's and '60's, or if it has changed. Does anyone have information on this subject? (To reiterate, I'm looking for the correct wheel paint for a '69 spider.)

Check this thread out. B https://www.alfabb.com/bb/forums/sus...eel-color.html

There are several wheel paint threads if you do a search. I've never seen a code and wheel came from several different suppliers.

Back door to Yellowstone? I've driven that road several times! Once had a standoff with a bison who told me it was his road.

Yep, halfway between Cody and the East Entrance to YNP. You were right - it is his road!
