I "might" be in, or I might be "all in" - And you folks are always welcome in my neighborhood, so my address really does not need to be secret. Matter of fact, if you give me a little notice, I've a spare room and some tools you can work with !!! (But NO room in the garage!!!!)

This is an interesting process of watching the map evolve. Even more interesting, as more pins are placed will the over abundance of the U.S. prevail? Right now, it kind of resembles the CDC map that Aldo posted on another thread.

I don't think it is necessarily "...the over abundance of the U.S." that will make it "prevail" on the AlfaBB members map. I would owe it more to the fact that there is a majority of "US AlfaBB members" on the AlfaBB.

Now, what would be interesting is an "Alfa Per Capita" study. Not so sure the US would win this one, but maybe. How about: Italy, Australia, England, Norway, Argentina, El Salvador???

I'm on!

Hello members,

I am on. Although the marker is a bit of from my real location, Apparently the system picks the centre of town instead of the real postcode. Never mind, the Dutch are on the map now!

Ciao, Olaf

A very rough number: Norway has 6 Alfas per 100,000 inhabitants (3,000 Alfas, 5 million people). It's the equivalent of about 18,000 Alfas in the US (I think).

I'd say Germany, Netherlands or Italy has the highest Alfa per Capita, but I might be utterly wrong ...

Finland has 6 099 registered Alfas (2007) and 5,359,538 million people which makes 114,5 Alfas per 100,000 if I calculated right, I would put my money for Netherlands having most Alfas per capita (outside Italy)

Our Alfa club alone accounts for at least 10 Alfas per 100,000 people in South Australia, according to my calculations. There are hundreds more Alfas of various ages up to the latest models out there that are not in our club. I see at least three every day on my 30 km commute. We have 7,400 cars per 100,000 people and a population of 1.6 million, but I cannot find numbers of car makes anywhere. So the number of Alfas per 100,000 cars is pretty good. We are able to support two specialist Alfa parts suppliers, an official dealer and nine specialist Alfa workshops.

Current Alfas
2010 159 ti 1750 TBI sedan (red).
2004 GT 3.2 V6 (Stromboli Grey).
2008 159 TI Sportwagon 2.4 JTDM (Stromboli Grey).
1987 75 3 litre (red). My first 75 and now my son's.
2000 156 2 litre Twin Spark, ( Cosmos Blu metallic), my daughter's car.
2000 156 Monza Twin Spark, (Cosmos Blue metallic), sonís girlfiendís car.
1999 GTV 3 litre 24 valve V6, metallic black, (sonís new car).

Non Alfa
1988 Range Rover Classic Highline 3.9 V8

Past Alfas
1989 75 3 litre, written off by runaway van.
1990 75 3 litre Potenziata (black), now sold & living in Newcastle NSW.
1990 75 3 litre Potenziata (grey, sadly deceased due to fire).
1982 GTV 2 litre, red, (daughter's first Alfa)
2 x 1992 164s, (1 red, 1 grey).
2 x 1988 33s, (both red).
1985 GTV 2 litre, (white).
