Oil cooler

Starting to discover odd items I had forgotten all about.

This cooler, does fit which models?

Thank you.
Regards, Alberto

It is steel, quite heavy and magnetic, the remainder is copper.

Hello Alberto, I have one like the one in the attached images. I was told by the guy I bought it from, Piero Pizzaro of ALFETTA Racing, that it was a nose mounted version for a GTA/GTAm.

As you can tell from my photos, it would appear that someone had performed some
soldering, potentially to apply to another car.

Are your supporting ears in the same positions?

Thank you!

Hi Alberto

I agree with other posts - this is not TI Super, which is flat to go in front of rad, TZ is very similar to yours but, fastenings and pipe position different. So I agree GTA, don't know GTam well enough to comment.

The fastenings/pipe connections have been altered significantly; my reference books not to hand, but can check on Monday.

Richard

PS Interesting to mention Piero Pizzaro - a name from the past! - used to visit his shop frequently!

Hello Alberto, find attached some photographs of the oil cooler I have. Bottom bracket was modified to fit JuniorZagato raced by Piero in the 1990’s.

Also check page 15, top of page - right hand side, of Alfa Romeo 1970’s performance catalogue.

Hi Alberto
Yours is standard GTA cooler on Corsa and optional on Stradale. You can fix it on every 105 car
