GTA decals dimensions

My car is being painted right now, and I am having the painter paint on the GTA decals.

I need to supply him with the dimensions and positioning of them.

Google is NOT my friend on this topic...

Can anyone help with this?

so your car is a 1300 gta? if so you'll want it to look correct I would think. if is a gtv or whatever then close enough is probably ok but painting will be difficult I think. the serpent for instance has a 'serrated' - not smooth - edge that will be tricky if you don't have a pattern.
do you just want overall dimensions - the height and width of the cloverleaf, length of the serpent (width varies from top to bottom), length and height of side stripe and rear script? I can get that for you if you want.
but seriously I think you should try to find the correct stickers it will be a whole lot easier and will look so much better. if not let me know and i'll do my best to measure.

I greatly appreciate your help.

No it's not a GTA. I wish, but it's just a wannabe kind of project that I am doing.

My paint guy doesn't want the decals. He wants to paint it on and cover everything with so much clear coat that you cannot feel the different layers of paint.

What I need is the following:

- Height of the lines along the sides of the car
- Width across the cloverleafs on the sides
- Position of the cloverleafs on the sides
- Dimensions on the serpent (widest points both directions)
- Position of the serpent

Metric would work best for me FYI..

ok heres what i got
the quadrifoglio is 16.5mm square. its top sits 4mm from the top fender crease, edge closest to door 6 mm from door. for reference, the 'stem' begins 2mm from the door.

the side stripe is 4mm wide

the serpent is 54mm long and 32.5mm at its widest (from end of lowest arm to outside of bend directly across) it starts (top of crown) 18.5mm from the top of the hood and 10mm from right edge of hood to left bend at widest point

rear script is 42mm long, ends 2mm from right edge of trunk lid and 3mm from bottom

i've included some photos that might help

good luck and let us know how it turns out

I should never have asked you to do metric... LOL

I think something went wrong on the conversions. Please see my comments below.

You probably mean 16,5 centimeters?

Centimeters?

Despite me questioning you capabilities of conversions, I am truly deeply grateful for your meassuring, and not least for the pictures. All extremely helpful to me.

I am in the process of moving from Denmark to California, and if you ever happen to be in the neighborhood, I will buy you a beer!

Haha yeah centimeters I guess would you guess I'm a chemical engineer?!
By square I meant 16.5 tall and 16.5 wide.
If you need anything else let me know and good luck in the move I hear it's nice out there in Cali but it ain't Texas!
