Correct screw door lever Sprint GT

Does anybody knows which correct screw was used for mounting the lever to open the door of a Sprint GT?

A picture would be very helpful, many thanks.

Assume you mean the inside lever?... Probably some sort of oval tapered headed 5 x 0.8 or 6 x 1 is a wild assse guess. Not in the parts book?

Yet another example of hardware that's not listed in the parts books. In this case, the Sprint GT. And the 1750 parts book shows an M5 nut. But it's a machine screw!
If your GT door handle stalk has an internal thread, I think @divotandtralee may have nailed it with an M5 x 0.8 x I'll guess about 20mm long with both a flat and split lockwashers.. Head would be a phillips panhead. Could be an M4 though; just don't remember.

Any chance this is the correct one.....https://classicalfa.com/products.php...NTERIOR-HANDLE

I'm new to Alfas but I came across this recently while searching for parts for my 67 GT Veloce.

Hope this helps!

No.. the handle slips on a splined spindle with a screw through the center.. This photo will get you the answers from the gallery... I had a car apart like that but can't remember the screw.
