The piece behind the window is at least for me the most challenging one to get right. I did the floorpans, rockers, rear quarter lowers, and lower wings first. By then I felt confident enough to go for it. Key is to take your time and don't rush it.

The passenger seat is 15 miles an hour faster than the drivers seat.

Well, I bought the car and so I'm committed at this point.

I'm planning on giving myself lots of time to do it and worst case is if I mess it up I can bring it to a pro I suppose.

Exactly as gigem says. Slow and don't be adverse to walking away for a bit or cutting out and starting over.
And what you said got me thru my small amount of work (which felt big to me)...My car is in strip now and I can tell you that whatever else needs fixing will be left to the pros. I am too slow and want to get on to assembly.
