105 GT Junior power

Hello

I've got a stock 1300 '72 GT Junior and I'd like to know if there is anything that can be done to add a little more pep to the motor? Lumpier cams?

Don't want to move to another motor (2L) so wondering if there are options.

Thanks
Trevor

With the hills on Bowen I can understand more torque.

RJR cams --broad torque curve and they haul right up to 6500, or beyond.

That would be the one of the best one-step improvements.

No need for big valves.

Bob,
Avatar is the 68 Super, bought new.

Hi Bob,

Thanks for your reply.. I'll look into the cams.

Since we're in the same city, any suggestions on shops who work on ARs? I can do all the regular stuff, but am new to these cars.

Thanks
Trevor
