Carello Headlight Rings Spint 750

Hi All,

I have had these, what I believe to me but could be wrong, early small 750 Carello rings sitting around with me for years. I don't have use for them. Can someone verify and then help me value them??? Thank you!

Yup, early Sprint head lamp rings. Value? $100USD considering they will need to be re-chromed.

They are probably brass..do they hold a magnet? If not they are brass especially by the brown base metal in the pictures. Nice pieces. Unusual lack of printing either side of the gas lamp logo on one. I've never seen that.

It's weird, they kinda hold a magnet put very very lightly and not everywhere.

They are probably brass.. the speckle pattern of the chrome degradation is pretty consistent with brass from my expereinec .. I'm no metalurgist. I don't know what new ones are going for .. they are dead nuts accurate. I'd pay $150 for the pair just to have them. if there are no dings. Anyone owning a car like this knows a car unattended is easy pickin's for badges and stuff a bad guy would snap off in a heartbeat. Always a good idea to have a backup set with how easy these are to pilfer off a car. ..10 seconds and they are gone.

Thank you divotandtralee. If anyone is interested let me know, I would love to see these go to someone who could use them.
