Thumbs up

If he and his son survived the crash, I'd think he would activate the seldom-used "Sanity Control" and set it on HIGH when taking the next one home!

Sure looks like that many of the first buyers of the hot Giulia were idiots, over their heads, with more money than driving skill.

I would be willing to bet that the insurance companies are going to make that car particularly expensive to insure.

Just wait. The companies haven't caught up yet. They are not going to want to subsidize bad drivers for long.

That just sounds like the car buying public in general to me!

The faster they are the more often they crash.

I always give myself some time to get used to a "new to me" car, but not everybody does that I guess.

Copart auction Giulia

Did anyone see what the final price was for this Giulia QV?
It was at $2800 last time I checked but didn't see the final bid. It really didn't matter because my profile was not approved to bid in time. Ugh!
My GTV6 has to wait a little longer.

sadly it is not just the Quad...but I can post up endless pictures of new high performance cars that have been trashed by drivers who either don't respect what they have or lack the driving skills to drive what they have...every now & then you see both....
right now my rate is reasonable...$1200/yr for full coverage and not minimum either. clean record/over 50. I credit that to the car being new so the rate was not too bad...but you may be right if people continue to trash them...
