Differential oil for a Giulia 1300 TI

Hi All,

Something tells me the differential on my 1300 TI has run dry. Is there any particular type of oil, or viscosity I should be using? Based on reading the comments to other queries about diff oil, there seems to be some debate about the proper unguent.

P.S. Is it something you can pick up at your local Kragen/O'Reilly's, etc?

Thank you.
