I kinda think it should be as well but, I'm new around here and I don't know who the mods are that could make that happen.. No clout...

I like this idea as well and encourage the Moderator of this section to consider a separate section for free stuff.
It may not be possible, but it would also be good if the responses to each free item could be right under the item, rather than a number of posts down, so you don't have to go through a lot of posts looking to see if there are Dibs.

I'll pass along to the other mods. We talked about it at the time, but were inclined initially to just let the free forum run itself, see if it worked. We did not know about it in advance of its showing up on the BB.

A new section under classifieds for "Free stuff", just like the cars, parts, and collectibles sections, would allow for a new thread for each item.

We're discussing, will follow up after we've hashed it out.

It seems like the simplest thing is to just add a selectable prefix in the cars and parts forums. Like "For Sale" or "Wanted" but with a different color than the red or green we have already assigned.

Alfas first, then everything else.

Free forum is now active. Anything remaining on this thread can be separated out into an individual post, if you like. See sticky for overview. Thanks for the suggestion.

Free 164L - In Reno

Don't need anymore. Was thinking of using it as a parts car but sold the "good" 164L. Tan interior. I don't want to spend the time or have the space to part it out. I drove it from Sacramento, CA two years ago. There is a short in the system or grounds. When driving uphill, the car, shorts out. Come and pick it up. I have the title somewhere. Has about 210k miles. PM me if you want it.

I have my storage space for the next two months. If not taken for free, I'll donate it to charity.

Yep, sure are. They look to be about 1/4" thick.
