Colombo & Bariani CB47 Valve Clearance and timing

I have a fast road 2ltr engine with ported head and 1mm larger inlets fitted with cams simply marked with the number 11. From my research I gather these are the C&B CB47 cams.

What valve clearance should I use for these cams and how best should I time them?

I’m just finishing up rebuilding the engine after 3k mls due to a bearing issue and despite new valves and seats etc the Exhaust valves were very choked up. I’ve had the seats and valves reground but I wonder if the clearance was to small on them before? I measured the exhausts from 0.011thou to 0.013 and the inlets at 0.007 to 0.013 which I guess maybe causing them to be open longer and therefore get more choked up.
