For the transmission are you sticking with the Giulia’s automatic or going with a different manual transmission?

Gonna leave as much new Giulia stuff in as I can get away with. Ideally that means ac, steering, brakes, etc
I'll know more once its in and I can play with it

I'm worried for you as the shell is beautifully painted and the conversion engineering has not even started ... I guess underneath and engine bay repaint is not a big deal. Best of luck and interesting solution

Starting over it seems but progress.
I pulled the car from the shop that was letting it rust away n found a new builder. First thing they wanted was a bare shell so I stripped literally everything off, torched out all the lead n sent it for media blasting and primer powder coat. Car is back in my garage now waiting it’s turn on the frame table. I spent the last month n a half cleaning out my shop, throwing away dumpsters full of useless stuff, donating n selling as I went. Crazy but feels great. I have all the parts on one large shelf n next step is organizing what is done from what needs love. That will give me something to do once metal work actually begins. Cheers
