Body Kit

I know this sounds weird, but I am a new Alfa Spider owner, '87, and I was wondering what kind of body kit and wheels you have equipped on your build.

Coolest Alfa Spider I have ever come across btw!

Cheers,

Cheers,
ill be simple..and then blunt

its NOT a kit nor are the wheels off the shelf

"if" you had read from the begining(yes i know its alot of reading but quite informitive and enjoyable) you would learn that the wheels were custom 1 off's, the body has been massaged and stretched and then the bumpers were hand formed and molded 1 off's the rear difuser is again a 1 off that started out as a ferarri part that i personaly picked up in cali

in short..its NOT something you can copy..and even if it was..the amount of work requiered to the body, frame, chassis, suspension to fit said parts is a LONG laundry list of "do not try this unless you have mad skills"....or can find someone who does...could i do it..sure no problem..would i..sure but id NEVER blatantly copy it

Followed this one since 2007.

So browsed a few random pages

Outstanding creation.

And Streetfame was so good at responding to outside comments.

What is the story on both the car and owner now?

Ciao,

Bob,

Post sooooo hard

I guess that you are the only one that can do something like this....hummm Ecotec engine, trying to find a Saturn sky bellhousing, then trying to find the center of the bellhousing to mate the w/c t5 transmission to the bellhousing, then do all the wiring harness so it will fit the car,not including the cooling system and remoting the oil filter, adding a oil cooler.,I am also redesign the rear of the car,and the nose.. and new dashboard.. mustang 1998 vy insterment cluster( yes must wire that in,,)I am also doing a thought experiment on putting a irs in the rear end... just for fun..
guess this is too far above my feeble brain,,humm the rear disk 12.
19" inch vented disk,an the calipers off a 2000 Porsche boxster.. yes the front and rear mounts I designed myself.. not ' off the shelf ".. yes you are the 'almighty alfa conversion... " we should all bow and pray at your feet because of your wisdom... get over it.. many people here could probly do this if they hade the time and want to have fun with there car..i bow too you..

anyone can buy a Porsche, only Drivers drive a Alfa Romeo
