Festoon LED Bulbs Interior

Awhile back I got some single LED festoon bulbs for the interior lights in the Super and SZ. It is as dark as an old British movie in the interior with OE tungsten bulbs and if you leave them on for long the plastic covers heat up and distort. (Note all my switches now work after some work which is rare). The light was not much better and I did not like the garish bluish-white light either. Then I found some warm white" 6 LED (120 deg angle) festoon bulbs and THEY ROCK!! Its like daylight now. Looking at the light without the cover is blinding and a natural soft white like tungsten. There is a massive selection from "superbrightleds.com". The Part Number is 3710-WWHP6-V2 (10-30 VDC Warm White 120 deg Beam Angle).

The single LED was about 50% brighter than OE tungsten and I'd say the 6 LED light was 3-5 times brighter.

BTW. Here is the single and 6 "LED bulbs". The six may be too wide for some apps but fits in the GT and Super white plastic housings.

I've got those too. Important to always look for 2700k or no warmer than 3000k. Superbrightleds is a great company. Quality stuff and most importantly: cheap shipping (ie a few bucks, remarkably sensible).
