Sorry, I think Admin really screwed up this process.
Getting an email saying "Your password has been reset by an administrator" -- without a word of explanation -- is just rude.
Subjecting us to a video ad from Progressive Insurance -- REQUIRED in order to send in a message about how bad this process is -- is double-rude.
What were you thinking, Admin?
And how many members care if their access to this site is not super-safe? I have a very low profile, and I'm not keeping any confidential data here!
