Alfasud (and other) Trofeo kits

Greetings BBer's,

It looks like production of Alfasud Trofeo body kits has now resumed in Europe, and I'm now able to offer the kits to Australian enthusiasts. We need 5 orders to make the freight cost worthwhile with myself and 1 other, we just need 3 or more to bring in the first batch.

I do not have access to confirmed pricing yet, but ball park is around $1000Aus + freight + duties for the sud Trofeo kit ($1500 is probably a safe bet).

They also have the following kits:
- Trofeo Alfasud Sprint (large kit, even has replacement fibre front wings!)
- Sprint 6C style(!) front and rear bumpers
- 75 Veloce kit
- Large spoiler option for the Alfasud Trofeo kit (only fits Series 1 and 2)

I'll post pics and prices as soon as I have them, but a show of hands for confirmed orders would be great.

The kits will be delivered to my workshop in Adelaide - local folk can collect in person but interstate buyers will also have to pay for the interstate freight. Turn around time will be 3-6 months and I will require payment in full up front. By doing a group buy, we stand to save about $300-$500 each on the freight.

Cheers,
Benjamin

I'm in for a Trofeo Sud kit.

(but Ben already knows this, so this is just a gratuitous bump...)

No - I only had 1 person interested who went and bought direct. But I do need a kit myself and will be ordering shortly - anyone else want to join this round? Will be proceeding early February.

Ben,
Whats the latest on pricing? I'm interested in the sprint flares kit if pricing is reasonable. I'm in Sydney.

I've dropped out on the account that I sold my sprint to a mate. Martin, you still have the Alfetta group 4 parts? Could be interested, pm me.

Hi Marcus, I recently posted on Facebook about my very lucky purchase of two such kits. The last and I think only two replica kits made by Fabrica Italiana (the same company whose picture you posted). I am unaware of any companies that make these kits anymore. The manufacturer of the kits I have just purchased went out of business last year. The only other replica maker of this kit was Lester back in the late 80’s, however i have only ever seen one for sale and that was about 9 years ago. Importing kits like this is a huge pain and expensive. Organising the shipping is so much more difficult than you can imagine.... I won’t go into it, but it’s horrible and no wonder people don’t want to bring in this sort of stuff privately.

Hey Marcus,

I'm sorry but I can't PM you or submit links on this BB since I haven't posted enough times to qualify.

Go to Facebook and lookup @Autografica.Classico, you can see my post about the kit and I'm happy to chat. That said, I don't have good news for you about how you might acquire a kit.

Regards,
Adrian
PS: Sorry Admins, it seems dumb that I can receive PM's but I can't respond privately until I post 10 times.

Hi Ben
You mention a workshop in Adelaide and you play with Sud's!
I'm interested in having a chat.
If you get this, please let me know.
I can't message you because I haven't posted 10 times!
Thanks
Pete O.
